Arigato!

Happy Monday! Happy New Week! hope you all had a fabulous weekend... mine consisted of shopping, crafting, shopping, crafting, farming (not really ihad to watch the kids and make sure they didn't end up in the gulch), shopping and more crafting... phew, did i cover everything?! LOL... i was very surprised time flew by at work today... guess the mounds of paperwork finally caught up to me and the deadlines had to be met... yuck! no paper cuts though, very proud of that... =D

this creation is up for the following challenges:

1. Paperplay - Week 40 Parlez Vous... use any other language but English

2. SSHP06 - Repeatedly useful... use an image more than once

and here's what i came up with...
this sitting kimono girl is my favorite asian image... i use her often paired up with the Thank You written in Japanese (with english translation)... it's a very humble image, great for giving thanks... so of course, the Japanese writing is for the Paperplay challenge... i used 3 different sizes of Sakura (cherry blossoms) stamps... this is my repeated image for SSHP... colored the sakuras with 3 different shades of pink copics and the bottom layer has some light/pale purple blossoms... added some stickles to the smallest flowers on the top layer (with the image)... just for a little sparkle... and there we have it folks... an easy peasy Thank you card!

i'm very thankful for all of you who stop by to show some love... i hope i can keep you all coming back for more... until then friends, have a wonderful day! and smile!!!! =D
