A whole lotta steppin'

Step cards that is!! =D Happy Tuesday everyone!! hope the week is going well for you all... mine has been and still will be a little crazy but nothing that a little crafting can't cure... today i'm just sharing some more Christmas cards that i've finished over the weekend... had to do some side step cards so i'm sharing some that i really like...
i love this one not only because my fave color is blue, but i SO love the tree embellies... can you see all the sparkly on the trees?! Love it! making these cards are a real challenge... i have to use some type of ribbon and this snowman stamp... so trying to incorporate papers with a snowman has been a little tough...
here's another that i used the DP to decorate and give accent to the steps... i just used one sheet of DP and cut out the scenes from it... and i just LOVE snowflakes, so i had to add some to this one... hehehe!
this is actually the first one i started making... i was totally stumped as i'm kinda limited to what i can add to the panels... trying to keep it simple is the hardest challenge of all... the stripe DP is already loud so i added some bead sprays with the holly buttons and white organza ribbon just to tone it a little...
making all these Christmas cards is really putting me in the holiday spirit... i was even thinking about asking hubby if i could put up my tree already... LOL... but i know that would be a gigantic NO! i'm not even attempting... hehe...
well, haven't done much stamping except for a bunch of Christmas cards i need to get done before month's end, so i'm hoping i can take a break and sneak in some new stamps that i haven't gotten to play with yet... but gosh, my desk is covered with Christmas things and i dread the thought of putting that away and then having to bring it out again... guess i'll just have to push myself to get the last 12 cards done sooner than planned... =D that's it for now.... be back soon!! Hope your day is filled with FABULOSITY!!

  11. Hi Kris. These are just wonderful. You have been a very busy Mommy. I hope that your babies are all doing well. I am so sorry I haven't been around lately. Super busy at work. One girl on vacation and one was fired, so that just leaves me and another girl. I hope they hire someone soon. heehee Anyway, all of your cards are just so beautiful. I love them all. Hugs, Lisa

On a personal note, I put up our tree about this time every year to help get me in the spirit! I just decorate it in a Fall/Thanksgiving theme (fall leaves, turkeys, etc.) and then change it up for Christmas!! hehehe! :-)
