Birthday Piecing...

Hello! Hello!! Hope you all had an enjoyable weekend!! Mine was surely filled with lots of love and fun and i'll share that a little later... for now, i have another challenge card that i happily finished this past weekend...

playing along with LLWC #38 - Anything Goes challenge by DT Kim, here's what i came up with...
i love paper piecing and i haven't done much lately... but after doing a paper piecing creation last week for a DT card, i thought i'd do it again on this lovely Birthday Lala for this challenge... her dress and present is paper pieced using the familiar DP on this card... i even tried sparkle spritz for the first time on the flower... =D Love the stuff!! she looks great ready to wish someone a veryhappy birthday... and the present looks so realistic with the paper pieced DP... i think this is such a subtle, clean and simple card... don't you?!

join me a bit later for some birthday cake pix and a pair of kittens.... Thanks for stopping by today!! May you have a WONDEROUS day!!!
