Christmas already?!

Okay seriously! this year is flying by so fast... i'm still trying to keep up... hehe! we haven't even gone through Halloween and i'm already thinking Christmas... well, i think about Christmas all the time... LOL... wish it could be every day... our local KMart is already bringing in Holiday items... are they pushing Christmas on us a little too early?! nah, i enjoy looking at the beautiful decorations...

got a phone call the other week asking for some Christmas cards samples... something with a snowman that is simple and easy.... so i came up with these and wanted to share them with you...

the sentiment and snowman are actual stamped items... and the trees are a DP that i didn't want to waste... doesn't it accent the card just a little more? this was my traditional (color) take on a card....

i like this one... same thing, snowman and sentiment is stamped and again i didn't want to waste this snowflake border strip on the DP i used, so i added it to the card... the big circle behind the snowman is part of the DP too... i just used my circle punch and adhered the snowman to it!

simple creations that turned out Winter-ful! i have to say, head start on some Christmas items this early will eliminate the stress as it gets closer... =D

  1. These are both so cute. I love all the elements to each of them.

  2. yikes...Im not ready for christmas :D but love your creations and they are inspiring me to get my okole into gear!! TFS :)

  3. Hi girl! Wow, Keenan is treating you good huh? Can't believe you're creating up a storm! :) Great to see you back into the swing of things.

I can't even think about Christmas let alone Halloween. I have too many things to do in such a short amount of time. I can hear the clock ticking . . . 3, 2, 1 . . . beep!

  4. cute snowman that Christmas is in the air...well almost. everyone is getting ready for Halloween first. love the pretty DP too. hope all is well with you. glad that your little one is letting you craft! have a good end of the week!

  5. Both these cards are sooo cute, Kris, I couldn't even choose a favorite! Love how you used scenes on the DP on the cards, very creative and looks awesome!
