A touch of Classy!

Hello, hello!!! I hope you all had a WONDERFUL Easter yesterday!! I sure did and will be sharing some pixs later this week... For today, another fabulous challenge over at Lollipop Crafts!

Lollipop Girl Agnieszka is hosting this week's challenge... #36 - Vintage/Shabby Chic.... it's either or.... i don't think i've ever challenge myself with these themes... maybe i did but just never knew it... for this creation, i went more on the shabby chic side with soft colors and some distressing... take a look...
after searching through my paper stash, i came across these papers by Autumn Leaves... i really liked the soft colors and though it might make a good 'shabby' card (or atleast i'm hoping)! during my research of 'shabby chic' i found out to make a card shabby, use soft colors, distressed edges, ribbon, lace, etc.... so i did just that... tore the edges (barely can see it) but i stayed away from distressing with ink... used ribbon and lace and soft embellies.... HG Classy (available at TGF as a digi only) is great with soft colors so i decided to use her... so tell me, is this shabby?? i feel like i did something wrong.... LOL...

also entering this into TGF FFCB's Farm Fresh Friday... Digital Get Down.... use a digi....

oh and there is a surprise sponsor for this week's challenge at Lollipop Crafts, so you might want to head on over there and check out who it is!! and while you're there, check out what the other Lollipop Girls have to share with you today!!

well, that's all from me today... stay tuned for more sharing this week and THANK YOU for visiting!! Have a GREAT day!!
